Refund and cancellation policy

Digital products

Our ebooks are digital files delivered immediately after payment. Because a digital file cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once it has been downloaded, except in the cases below.

When we refund or replace

• The file is damaged, will not open, or is not the book you ordered.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• You paid but did not receive a download link.

Write to us within 7 days of purchase. We will send a working file or refund you in full.

Online courses

Course access starts as soon as you pay, so we cannot cancel or refund an enrolment once you have started watching. We will refund or fix the problem if you were charged more than once, if you cannot open your course because of a fault on our side that we cannot resolve, or if the course is clearly different from its description. Please write to us within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellation

An order cannot be cancelled after payment because delivery is instant.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days (the time your bank takes is outside our control).
