Delivery policy

Last updated: October 2026

No physical shipping

All our products are digital PDF ebooks. Nothing is shipped.

How you receive your ebook

As soon as your payment is confirmed, a secure download page opens on screen. A copy of the download link is also emailed to the address you used at checkout. Delivery normally takes under a minute.

Link validity (ebooks)

Each download link works for 30 days and allows up to 5 downloads, so you can save the file on more than one device.

Online courses

After payment you are taken to your private course page, and the link is also emailed to you. Keep that email: the link is your personal access and works on any device. How long access lasts (for example one year, or lifetime) is shown on each course page.
